Location: Greece Athens On-site or Remotely within the country (Relocation Mandatory)

Your Mission
- Hardware Diagnostics: Provide high-level troubleshooting for Dutch-speaking clients regarding servers laptops and networking hardware.
- Technical Liaison: Coordinate with global engineering teams to resolve complex hardware failures and warranty claims.
- Systems Support: Assist users with driver installations BIOS updates and OS configurations.
Requirements
- Native or C2 Dutch and fluent English.
- Essential: EU Citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
- Proven technical background in IT hardware or computer science.
- Professional methodical and detail-oriented work style.
