Location: Greece Athens On-site or Remotely within the country (Relocation Mandatory)

We are seeking a German-speaking Enterprise IT Specialist to support high-level hardware solutions for the DACH region. This is a role for those who understand that Logic is a Greek word. You will handle complex infrastructure queries while living in a country where the mountains meet the sea and the history is literally under your feet.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware Diagnostics: Support German enterprise clients with server issues network hardware and professional-grade infrastructure.
- Escalation Management: Work with Tier-3 engineers to resolve mission-critical technical roadblocks.
- System Optimization: Assist IT managers in maximizing their hardware lifecycle and performance.
Requirements
- Native/C2 German and fluent English.
- Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece.
- Strong technical background in IT hardware servers or networking.
- A professional authoritative communication style.
