Wereseeking a Safety Risk & Assurance specialist with strongcritical thinking andanalytical capability and experience working at an enterprise level.

This role focuses on risk management assurance activities systemsimprovementand organisational uplift rather thanday-to-daysafety advisory tasks.

Youllpartner with senior stakeholders across the business to strengthen risk awareness evaluate controls and support the continuous improvement of our safety risk managementand assurancesystems.

WhatYoullBe Doing

• Leadsecond lineassurance activities and support enterprise audit functions.
• Facilitate and influencehigh levelsafety risk assessments and risk reviews.
• Assistin designingtestingandmaintainingsafety risk managementand assuranceframeworks and systems.
• Coach and mentor safety professionals to uplift risk and assurance capability.
• Supportbusiness wideimprovement initiatives addressing critical risk areas.

This Role Will Suit Someone Who

• Has formal trainingandor equivalentexperience in risk management techniques (mandatory).
• Has 35 years in safety management auditing assurance or risk roles (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation and regulatory requirements
• Operates confidently in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Bringsstrong communication influencing and coaching skills.
• Works strategically with less emphasis on frontline safety advisory duties.
