Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the catering unit end-to-end to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain consistent service standards.
- Lead motivate and develop the team to deliver high-quality food and service.
- Implement operational controls manage budgets and maintain cost and stock discipline.
- Ensure quality in food preparation presentation and service meeting all hygiene and grading standards.
- Maintain full compliance with company policies food safety and health & safety requirements.
- Handle daily HR and IR matters including performance management and staff development.
- Engage with clients daily anticipate needs and resolve concerns proactively.
- Plan and coordinate catering functions special events and site requirements.
- Complete administrative and financial duties including reporting budgeting and debtor management.
- Process operational documents accurately and interpret weekly/monthly P&L reports.
- Stay updated on food trends and industry practices to improve offerings.
- Support sales growth through upselling customer engagement and service excellence.
- Work flexible hours including weekends when required.
