Technical Skills & Experience:

Must-Have:

Programming Languages: Python Golang Ruby JavaScript (experience with any of these).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform Ansible (proficiency in at least one).
CI/CD Tooling: GitHub Actions CircleCI Jenkins GitLab (hands-on experience with one or more).
Cloud Platforms: AWS Azure or GCP (extensive hands-on experience with at least one major provider).
Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes Docker Helm.
Operating Systems: Linux and Windows (administration and troubleshooting).
Networking: Load balancing network security standard network protocols.

Nice-to-Have:

Monitoring & Analytics Tools: Dynatrace Splunk Elastic Prometheus.
Container Orchestration Enhancements: RBAC network policies service meshes Cluster API.
Project Coordination: Experience managing timelines priorities and cross-functional communication.
Agile Methodologies: Prior experience working in Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide DevOps initiatives ensuring best practices are followed across the development and deployment lifecycle.
Design implement and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
Drive automation for cloud infrastructure deployments and monitoring systems.
Collaborate with development teams architects and other stakeholders to align on technical goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
Mentor team members fostering continuous learning and technical excellence.
