We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Drop Bury this role you will assist the drop bury teams with requesting utility locates dispatching and answer calls from technicians in the field and assist with administrative duties such as data entry and reporting. The ideal individual would be a conceptual thinker with a strong attention to detail and superb organizational and time management skills.
**This position can be worked remotely from your home office**

- Full Time: Sun - Sat (40 hrs per week between 8am - 7:30pm)
- Must be able to work one weekend day (Sat or Sun) - will have off 1 day during the week

The Role
- Dispatch and assign service requests to installation and service technicians based on skill set availability travel time and service level requirements
- Act as liaison between technicians customer service teams and customers to ensure clear communication and job completion
- Optimize daily routes and schedules to drive field productivity and meet MSO requirements
- Monitor job progress adjust assignments as needed and address scheduling conflicts overbooking or inefficiencies
- Make outbound calls to customers to confirm update or reschedule appointments
- Maintain accurate service records and customer history; input and manage data in CSG WFX ACSR and Penguin systems
- Request utility locates as required
- Close work orders using proper codes and verify completion including reviewing failed or missed jobs
- Provide customer support to resolve service issues and prevent unnecessary service calls
- Escalate dispatch challenges to leadership as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1 years of dispatching service industry support or customer service experience
- Good verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to focus on specialized tasks engaging in customer communications
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and multi-task
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends holidays and changes in shift depending on the needs of the business
- Must have a quiet workspace and strong internet
- Ability to wear telephone headset
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work seated for prolonged periods of time
- Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a drivers license is required if the role involves driving
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR Background Check Drug Screen)
