RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow a proven comprehensivemenu selling process to help maximize the finance departments overallprofitability and product penetration
- Present and sell Finance and Insurance products to customers in a clear and compliant manner
- Accurately prepare and submit all required documentation for title processing and timely funding
- Maintain strong professional relationships and an excellent reputation with lending partners while tracking lender portfolios.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly performance objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable state and federal Finance and Insurance laws and regulations
- Comply with all company policies procedures and safety standards
- Review and inspect the flow of thedepartments paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turn around on all deals
- Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achievingits goals
- Be an example of professional morals ethics and excellent customer service
- Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
- Adhere to the finance department work schedule
- Work with accounting dept and provide assistance when needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior F&I automotive experience is a must - this is not an accounting nor an Insurance salesposition
- CDK / Darwin / ELeadsexperience is preferred but not required
- Luxury / highline experienceis preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent closing skills are a must
- Valid drivers license
