Job Summary

Reputable engineering firm is hiring a Regional Manager for their Indiana team!

Responsibilities:

Lead/develop office in Indianapolis
Supervise staff working on preliminary/design engineering services
Work with local agencies and private clients in Indiana
Assist with business development (prepare proposals/attend meetings)
Mentor/train junior staff

Requirements:

B.S. in Civil Engineering
Masters degree preferred
12 years of transportation projects working with INDOT and Indiana LPAs
Supervisory experience
Experience working with the City of Indianapolis preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
