As a Business Manager in our Finance team you will spend each day defining refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities:

Organize & analyze complex information across multiple products in a strategic and compelling manner demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

Help towards building a collaborative eco-system with partner teams i.e. Operations Technology Advisor Support etc. while identifying synergies and collaboration opportunities

Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations reports and dashboards with limited supervision

Manage projects independently across all stages ideation feasibility analysis & recommendations

Facilitate recurring management meetings offsites town-halls etc. with everything from agenda preparation meeting content and follow-ups etc.

Demonstrate executive presence and thought leadership with ability to advocate your views while building consensus across multiple stakeholders

Publish maintain and process People Metrics (headcount tracking recruitment updates attrition levels etc. ;).

Support audit regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans

Potential to manage mentor and develop a team

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

MBA in Business Finance Economics or other related area

Expertise / familiarity with Wealth Management products and keen interest in underlying drivers e.g. capital markets macro-economic variables etc.

Experience in delivering timely high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence

Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda

Experience in initiating & executing projects and deliverables with minimal supervision and guidance

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

Experience in managing teams and senior stakeholders would be a plus

8 years of experience in Banking / Wealth Management preferred

Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word) and LLM Suite; knowledge in applications like Tableau Alteryx Python a plus
