As the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment maintain high standards of quality and build strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry
- Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving skills
- A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service
