As a Construction Manager youll take the lead on delivering complex highimpact projects that support the UKs shift to a sustainable energy future.

What youll do -

• Lead construction projects endtoendplanning delivery and closeout.

• Oversee all site activity ensuring work is safe efficient and highquality.

• Build and manage project schedules tracking milestones and resolving issues quickly.

• Control project budgets and provide clear financial updates to stakeholders.

• Interpret drawings specifications and contracts to keep delivery fully compliant.

• Carry out regular site inspections and maintain essential project documentation.

• Lead mentor and motivate site teams to deliver their best work.

What youll bring -

• Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or similar.

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager (utilities or infrastructure ideal).

• Excellent understanding of construction methods materials and regulations.

• Solid knowledge of health & safety requirements and building codes.

• Professional certifications (CIOB PRINCE2 etc.) are a plus.
