Please note to apply for this position you must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK. This is a hybrid remote position were looking for someone who is able to meet with our core team once per week or fortnight in our Cheltenham or Oxfordshire (Shipton-under-Wychwood) offices.


Role Overview
As Product Manager for Voice Identity & Routing part of the broader Core Voice Experience domain you will own how users are identified reached and configured within the VoCoVo voice ecosystem. Your focus will be ensuring that voice interactions consistently reach the right person at the right time through intelligent routing and user-aware configuration.

You will own the vision and roadmap for end-to-end experience of incoming call management defining how contacts and speed dials are surfaced based on role and context. You will lead thinking on how notifications and calls interact optimising what users hear and when to reduce cognitive load.

You will help define the evolution of our conference & telephony capabilities partnering with engineering and customers to determine how the VoCoVo system can unify in-store technology whilst maintaining flexibility and performance.

As we continue to scale internationally this role will be central to our growth. We are building a team of product managers who think about the whole system and are motivated by solving real operational problems at scale. This is an opportunity to shape foundational capabilities in a company where ownership and impact is meaningful and visible.


What were looking for

  • A strong foundation in product management principles with experience building technology products within B2B environments.

  • A good degree of technical literacy with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams specifically in the context of Hardware and Software integrated products (ie. firmware connectivity devices working with cloud platforms).

  • Proven experience in the delivery of innovative products that solve meaningful customer problems while meeting business objectives.

  • Experience working in ecosystems where hardware and software must operate seamlessly together.

  • Strong ability to translate commercial objectives and strategic priorities into clear product vision roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

  • Experience conducting market and competitor analysis to inform positioning segmentation and differentiation.

  • Youre able to define clear outcome-focused product requirements (PRDs user stories acceptance criteria).

  • Great prioritisation skills and use of structured frameworks balancing customer value technical feasibility and commercial impact.

  • Data-Driven & Analytical Mindset proficient in leveraging data and analytics to guide product decisions set KPIs and track progress.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence align stakeholders around a shared product direction and confidently present product strategy roadmaps and business cases to leadership and customers.


Nice to have

  • Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments particularly where products are evolving.

  • Experience building and deploying products across multiple regions including compliance localisation and data hosting considerations.

  • Exposure to communication systems or telephony services.


What youll do

  • Contribute to and articulate the long-term vision for voice identity user configuration and intelligent routing within the VoCoVo ecosystem ensuring users are consistently reached at the right time in the right way.

  • Build empathy for frontline workers managing in-store operations customer interactions and the operation of increasingly interconnected IoT infrastructures being deployed to the retail environment.

  • Consider trade-offs for user experience by understanding the product eco-system in context of each other.

  • Display knowledge of the in-store experience and advise customer implementation teams on how to utilise the capabilities of the VoCoVo system to build the best user experience.

  • Own the end-to-end experience of incoming call management including how contacts speed dials and contextual routing are surfaced based on role and operational context.

  • Translate market insights customer feedback and business priorities into a clear and actionable roadmap.

  • Engage directly with customers to understand workflows edge cases and operational realities.

  • Partner with teams across VoCoVo to ensure seamless integration between identity systems routing logic devices and telephony capabilities.

  • Ensure that identity telephony and routing capabilities meet relevant regulatory and compliance standards maintaining appropriate documentation and governance practices.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to articulate clear value propositions. Providing product expertise for launches customer enablement and partner engagement.

  • Continuously evaluate product performance and drive iterative improvements across the lifecycle.


Salary
Salary range: 55000 - 65000
