Actively shape the future of the corn product portfolio at KWS!
For our location in Einbeck we are looking for a Product Manager Corn (m/f/d). In this key position you will act as the interface between Product Management Marketing and Sales in the corn doing so you will make a significant contribution to the successful positioning of varieties on the German market.
The position is full-time and initially limited to two years as a parental leave replacement.
Exciting responsibilities await you:
- Responsibility for the market-oriented positioning of KWS corn varieties and traits as well as developing a consistent storytelling strategy for the German market
- Development of market launch concepts including market and competitor monitoring and creation of technical content for Marketing and Sales
- Translation of complex technical content and trial results into clear customer-focused value arguments as well as presenting technical content at events
- Technical support and further development of the myKWS platform for corn
- Designing and delivering training sessions for the sales team active communication with internal and external stakeholders and participation in international project groups
- Supporting the planning execution and evaluation of field trials
Bring your strengths:
- Completed degree in agricultural sciences or a comparable field
- Good knowledge of agricultural and crop production practices
- Ideally professional experience in the agricultural sector especially in product management or sales
- Combination of operational commercial and strategic thinking along with strong analytical skills
- High level of creativity excellent communication skills and a responsible results-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel within Germany (>30%)
- Very good German and good English skills both written and spoken
