Job Summary

  • Coordinate and supervise the setup service and breakdown of all banquet functions according to event orders (BEOs).
  • Lead train and motivate the banquet team conducting pre-event briefings and managing staff schedules.
  • Act as the point of contact for guests during events handling requests inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality presentation and service standards.
  • Manage inventory equipment maintenance and uphold safety health and hygiene regulations.
  • Work with Culinary Events and Sales teams to ensure seamless service. 

Qualifications :

  • Atleast 2 years of experience in hotel banquet
  • Strong leadership communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
