Role Description

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Power BI Specialist to design and deliver enterprise dashboards and analytics solutions for Wealth Management. The role involves working with Power BI SQL Azure Data Lake Azure Synapse and Python to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards reports and data models.
• Implement star schema modeling and optimized dataset structures.
• Develop DAX measures for financial KPIs including AUM returns and performance metrics.
• Optimize report performance and manage dataset efficiency.
• Work with data from MS SQL Server PL/SQL systems Azure Data Lake and Azure Synapse.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Use Python (Pandas NumPy) for data preparation and automation.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage secure data access.
• Manage Power BI Service gateways and scheduled refresh processes.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into BI solutions.
• Document data models DAX logic and reporting standards.
• Adhere to data governance and best practices in Azure environments.
