A. Planning & Scheduling

• Develop detailed baseline schedules using MS Project covering WBS creation activity sequencing duration estimation and resource allocation.
• Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules weekly updates and monthly progress plans for all engineering packages.
• Integrate schedules for Civil PEB MEP HVAC Firefighting Refrigeration Utility & external development works.
• Monitor actual progress vs planned and highlight delays slippages and critical-path deviations.

B. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Update weekly and monthly Project Progress Reports (PPR/WPSR) with measurable KPIsquantity achieved vs target resource deployment and productivity metrics.
• Generate progress dashboards Scurves histogram charts critical path analysis and delay analysis.
• Assist the project team with forecasting recovery plans and mitigation strategies in case of deviations.

C. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with internal teams (Civil PEB MEP) and external stakeholders (vendors contractors PMC).
• Obtain weekly updates from site teams and vendor representatives for schedule adherence.
• Present schedule status during weekly review meetings with the project manager and the client.

D. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain schedule logs change control registers and delay/event trackers.
• Support claim preparation and EOT justification with data-backed analysis.
• Ensure all planning documentation is aligned with project governance standards.

Qualifications :

B.E. in Mechanical OR Civil Engineering

Postgraduation from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management & Research) or an equivalent institution offering advanced studies in Project Management / Construction Management.
