Job Summary

This is a 1-year contract. Salary range posted includes commission of up to $1000.

This is a Telesales role in the pharmaceutical industry.

Training will be provided.

General responsibilities

Make outbound calls to promote and sell products/services
Follow up on leads and handle order processing via inbound calls
Maintain strong customer relationships and accurate CRM records
Meet sales team targets while delivering excellent service

Functional skills and knowledge

Minimum O Level
Customer service or sales support
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity

Education

O Levels and above

Work experience

Minimum 1 year experience in similar or related role
