Responsibilities
- Perform general office administrativeduties
- Collaborate closely with various internal departments pursuetimelyand effectivecommunication
- Manage inventory level track movement coordinate delivery schedules and conduct stocktakeregularly
- Handle procurement of ad-hoc office appliances equipment stationery & sundries
- Support/backup general reception duties including greeting guests handling incoming calls and courier service when needed
- Assistincoordination and execution ofcompany events andmeetings
- Compile and submit monthly reports on usage and inventory levels
- Support team initiatives including sourcing vendors and conducting price comparisons
- Monitor and escort fornon-office hourcleaning /maintenancework
- Ad hoc tasksasper requirementby supervisor whenneeded
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in sizable companies
- Experience in hospitality industry event supporting and outsourcing vendor management will be a definiteadvantage
- Pleasant personality and excellent guest service skills
- Able toanticipateany unexpected guest need and react promptly andtactfully
- Adaptable to changing needs and demands able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tightdeadlines
- Willing to learn good customer servicecommunicationsand interpersonalskills
- Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Work across different offices based on the roster and specific work requirements
- Willing to work in flexi working hours (i.e. overtime weekend etc.)
