Position Responsibilities:
Support Operations Transformation Projects with close collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as Operations Business Teams IT channels and risk stewards as well as external stakeholders/ vendors to drive project delivery.
Support management reporting to share timely updates with senior leaders and offer recommendations.
Facilitate problem solving and remedial action by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Analyze data communicate findings to management and offer recommendations
Trouble shoot and/or assist in problem resolution of complex issues
Manage the document and procedure library ensuring that procedures and job aids are accurate up to date.
Coordinate and facilitate post implementation project reviews as required
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in business project/ program management related roles within financial industry
Bachelors degree required multi-lingual abilities English Mandarin and Cantonese are a must while another Asian language would be highly desirable.
Proven ability to manage projects and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders across various functions and regions.
Proven communication skills both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management skills and agile knowledge or qualifications (e.g. PMP PSM or Lean Six Sigma) are preferred
