Position Summary
- Schedule: MondayFriday 11p-7:30a . with a rotating on-call schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Pay: $22.00/hour $0.50 shift differential.

What You Will Do in This Role
- Serve as a working site lead supporting HSTs in the delivery tracking and cleaning of medical equipment.
- Act as the primary contact for urgent needs and nursing concerns in lieu of the Operations Manager Hospital implementing clear and professional follow-up.
- Assist with supervision of HST personnel including training feedback performance support and day-to-day workflow direction.
- Help manage staffing schedules based on equipment volume and foster a positive collaborative team environment across shifts.
What You Will Need for This Role
- Associates Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of medical or management/leadership experience.
- Proficient computer skills (including Word and Excel) and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of communication with all involved parties.
