Job Summary

  • Play a leading role in promoting worldclass clinical training that directly impacts the skills of Australias health workforce.
  • Shape and deliver marketing and sponsorship strategies within a highly respected researchdriven medical training environment.
  • Part time (0.8 FTE) on a fixed term basis for 24 months
  • Base salary range: $95231- $100643 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

The Clinical Training & Evaluation Centre (CTEC) is a nationally recognised leader in simulated medical and surgical training. As part of the UWA Medical Schools Division of Surgery CTEC delivers innovative evidencebased courses for medical professionals across all stages of their careersincluding medical students junior doctors consultants surgeons nursing paramedicine and allied health.
The Centre also undertakes research evaluating the effectiveness of training interventions continually enhancing the quality and impact of its programs.

About the opportunity

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of CTECs training programs while ensuring obligations to key partners and external stakeholders are met.
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies in line with university priorities with a focus on CTEC courses
  • Design and deliver marketing collateral for various channels including social media advertising promotions print digital PR and lead nurture and enquiry management.
  • Build positive working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders while providing insight analysis and reporting on CTECs marketing efforts
  • Nurture Leads and manage enquiries efficiently to advance CTECs strategic priorities and support its course portfolio.

About you

  • You bring experience in senior administration social media strategy and execution project coordination or marketing roles ideally within a complex or healthrelated environment.
  • You have strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
  • You excel at planning organisation and managing competing deadlines while contributing to longterm strategic direction.
  • You are confident working independently showing initiative and providing leadership within a collaborative team setting.
  • You are proficient across key digital tools and platforms with the ability to create and manage marketing content reporting and documentation.
