Job Summary

We are representing our client a company engaged in marine aquaculture wholesale of fish and seafood and management activities of holding companies.

Location: Kampung Sungai Puloh Klang Selangor
Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

Manages accounting auditing taxation and financing for the Company
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company and oversee the Finance Department.
Plans and coordinates all activities related to finance and administrative task such as financial reporting budgets preparation etc. to ensure it is functioning smoothly and efficiently.
Establish the financial policies of the Company and review the costing system of the inventory.
Oversee cashflow management of the Company to monitor payment and collection schedule to achieve efficiency in cash management system.
Timely liaises with External Auditors Tax Agents Bankers Company Secretaries and Statutory Department for related matters.
Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial statutory audit and tax reporting / requirements.
Perform other assignments and tasks as and when requested by management.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Professional qualification e.g. ACCA CIMA СРА
At least 5 Years of audit working experience in one of the reputable audit firms and/or at least 5 Years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Candidate possess sound knowledge of manufacturing financial operations will have an added advantage.
Familiar with Accounting Software
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently effectively and diplomatically at all levels
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
Strong leadership and management skills
Good written and verbal skills in English Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
