Job Summary

We are representing our client a company engaged in marine aquaculture wholesale of fish and seafood and management activities of holding companies.

  • Location: Kampung Sungai Puloh Klang Selangor
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages accounting auditing taxation and financing for the Company
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company and oversee the Finance Department.
  • Plans and coordinates all activities related to finance and administrative task such as financial reporting budgets preparation etc. to ensure it is functioning smoothly and efficiently.
  • Establish the financial policies of the Company and review the costing system of the inventory.
  • Oversee cashflow management of the Company to monitor payment and collection schedule to achieve efficiency in cash management system.
  • Timely liaises with External Auditors Tax Agents Bankers Company Secretaries and Statutory Department for related matters.
  • Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial statutory audit and tax reporting / requirements.
  • Perform other assignments and tasks as and when requested by management.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Professional qualification e.g. ACCA CIMA СРА
  • At least 5 Years of audit working experience in one of the reputable audit firms and/or at least 5 Years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Candidate possess sound knowledge of manufacturing financial operations will have an added advantage.
  • Familiar with Accounting Software
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently effectively and diplomatically at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Good written and verbal skills in English Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
