We are representing our client a new start-up in Malaysia that operates a Loan-Matching Platform in their search for a Customer Relationship Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for engaging customers through instant messaging phone calls and digital platforms
- Gathering customer documentation maintaining positive communication and ensuring smooth case handling
- Guide customers on document preparation
- Work flexibly based on customer needs and operational workflows
- Cooperate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work culture
- Record customer conversations progress and key notes in company systems
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any related fields
- 1 year experience in customer service call centre hospitality or service-related industry
- Must be friendly patient and able to handle diverse customer backgrounds
- Strong follow-up skills and able to maintain accurate customer records.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English Bahasa Malaysia preferably Mandarin or Cantonese
