Job Summary

Position Title: Marketing Executive
Work Location: Krubong Melaka
Working Days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Salary: Up to RM5500
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitors.
- Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns including social media email and print materials.
- Support the Sales Team with promotional materials lead generation and customer database management.
- Coordinate marketing events such as project launches exhibitions and sales booths.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in marketing preferably in real estate or property development.
- Creative detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills with a disciplined and positive work attitude.
- Monitor and report campaign performance recommending improvements based on results.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
