Job Summary

Company Background:

We are representing our client a leading Property Development company to look for Construction (Project) Manager to join their construction team.

Additional info:

Salary: RM10000 - RM15000 Allowances
Work location: Subang Jaya Selangor
Working days: Mon - Sat (8am - 5pm) - Alternate Saturday

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination: Plan schedule and manage daily construction activities ensuring resource optimization and timely completion of projects.
Site Supervision: Lead and monitor site teams (managers surveyors engineers) and subcontractors to ensure compliance with plans specifications and quality standards.
Quality and Compliance: Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) oversee testing procedures and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track project milestones manage subcontractor performance and provide regular progress updates to Management.
Issue Resolution and Stakeholder Liaison: Address site challenges resolve conflicts and coordinate with consultants clients and authorities for smooth project execution.

Requirement:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field. Registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is an advantage.
At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in building construction with a preference for high-rise projects.
Experience with main contractors is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
