Job Summary

Company Background:

We are representing our client which is in F&B industry. As they are growing they are looking for a Account Executive to join them.

Responsibilties :

Ensure payments are completed accurately and timely manner
Solve discrepancy between purchase order and invoice
Monitor backlog invoices and give direction to teams to drive down the backlog number accordingly
Review report and vendor reconciliation and act on overdue open items
Responsible for ensuring KPIs for Account payable are met these include timely processing and payment of invoices.
Develop action plans to help the team to achieve KPI.

Job Requirements

Professional Qualifications ie ACCA/CPA/MIA Degree in Accounting
At least 5 years working experience in finance managerial position preferably in related industry
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and steer towards the organization mission and goals
We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin due to company culture.
Candidates are required to have driving license and possess own transport.
Full-Time position(s).
Fast paced environment.
Able to work under pressure.
