Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Audit Junior Manager to join a leading client in the finance industry part of an international group. As an Audit Junior Manager you will take a hands-on approach in managing audit teams and engagements ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering high-quality service to clients. You will support senior management and play a key role in the development and execution of audit strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage audit engagements from planning through to reporting ensuring compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
Lead audit teams delegating tasks and ensuring that audit objectives are met within deadlines.
Review financial statements assess internal controls and provide recommendations to improve financial processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during audit engagements maintaining strong professional relationships.
Prepare audit reports and presentations for senior management and clients clearly outlining findings and recommendations.
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff ensuring their development through coaching and performance feedback.
Stay updated on changes in auditing standards financial regulations and best practices.
Work closely with senior management to contribute to strategic initiatives and client engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA ACA CPA) required
5 years of experience in audit with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in audit software and MS Office
