Job Description

• Handle commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions leasing financing and development
• Draft and negotiate core deal documents and support closings
• Coordinate with lenders brokers and opposing counsel to keep matters moving
• Support transactions across multifamily industrial retail office and manufactured housing asset classes

Qualifications

• 1 years of transactional commercial real estate experience in a law firm
• Active Virginia Bar admission (in good standing)
• Strong drafting communication and organization skills
• Able to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
• Relocation welcome (at candidates expense)
