Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and profits within selected vertical market
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Focus on selling the complete HVAC and energy solution package
- Engage with chief engineers property managers and engineers for commercial building systems upgrades
Qualifications:
- Significant HVAC or building automation background (likes mechanical and facility engineers)
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated sales prowess
- Experience in proposal creation and account building
- Professional communication and presentations skills
- Strong math/finance abilities for proposal modeling
