This role is part of FuntoNetworks strategic expansion of dedicated onsite engineering teams supporting our premier enterprise clients. We are placing a seasoned IT Support Engineer directly at a leading financial services institution in Lower Manhattan. The New York Metro area represents the densest concentration of financial markets regulatory infrastructure and global headquarters in the Eastern USA. By embedding our talent onsite we deliver whiteglove infrastructure support rapid incident response and proactive system optimisation that aligns perfectly with our clients missioncritical operations.

We are seeking a highly motivated customercentric IT Support Engineer to join our team on a longterm clientdedicated contract. You will be placed onsite at a premier financial services client in downtown Manhattan functioning as a key member of their infrastructure team while enjoying the backing and resources of FuntoNetwork. Your primary mission: ensure the stability security and performance of the clients Windows Server environment Nutanix hypervisor infrastructure Active Directory and network services. You will handle everything from daily user administration and patch management to disaster recovery testing and security compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise across the Microsoft/Nutanix stack a relentless customer service mindset and the poise to interact with both executives and helpdesk staff. This is a highvisibility highimpact role for an engineer who thrives in fastpaced regulated environments.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive IT infrastructure and support experience with at least 5 years dedicated to Windows Server Active Directory and virtualization administration in enterprise environments (1000 users).

Demonstrated ability to perform and validate restores.Endpoint SupportWindows 10/11 Office 365 printing VPN mobile device management (Intune).
Soft Skills & Work Style:
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
