Are you passionate about making AI understandable and meaningful for people Do you love creating moments of insight guiding learning experiences and helping others grow their confidence in new technologies At Stellar Capacity were looking for a dynamic AI Consultant to help us lead AI-focused programs workshops and learning journeys for some of Swedens most forward-thinking organizations.
In this role youll collaborate with our expert team to deliver powerful hands-on learning experiences that connect AI with real-world challenges and opportunities. From executive leaders to frontline professionals youll support people across sectors in building the mindset and skills they need to navigate an AI-driven future.

Your role
- Lead comprehensive AI and Generative AI programs workshops and learning journeys for professionals across all organizational levels
- Deliver engaging presentations on AI fundamentals prompt engineering and practical applications
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and learning sessions with cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT Claude and Copilot
- Guide strategic discussions on implementation and organizational change
- Create meaningful learning experiences that drive real business outcomes
Your profile
- Strong knowledge of the generative AI landscape especially large language models (LLMs) and fast-evolving tools
- Extensive hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT Claude Copilot and multimodal AI platforms
- Excellent facilitation and public speaking skills with experience engaging both senior leaders and diverse participant groups
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training or workshop experiencesparticularly for executive audiences
- Ability to cut through the AI hype and help others focus on real applicable business value
- Native Swedish speaker with fluent English in both written and spoken form
