As a problem-solver who can naturally identify needs and find the best solutions you will collaborate proactively with union representatives and disability providers to support the needs of your peers along with your larger efforts to shape a work environment that promotes wellness. Your ability to handle situations thoughtfully and with attention to detail will be necessary as the work accommodations and personal arrangements you manage will involve sensitive information.
In this role you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week) subject to business or operational needs.
