Job Opportunity: Loan Officer Assistant (Hybrid Local Candidates Only)

Location: Placer County / Sacramento County (Hybrid Not Fully Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant to support a fast-paced high-volume Loan Officer. This role is critical to the success of our pipeline and were looking for someone who thrives under pressure can manage multiple files at once and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.

Important:This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be local to Placer or Sacramento County. This role is not strictly remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Loan Officer with a high volume of active loan files Manage and track multiple loans simultaneously from application to closing Collect review and organize borrower documentation Ensure files are complete accurate and compliant Communicate clearly with borrowers processors escrow and other parties Follow up proactively to keep loans moving forward Maintain detailed notes and organized records in the loan system - training available for the right candidate

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or in mortgage lending strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple files in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (in-office remote)
