Summary
Leads workplace and office service operations across multiple states. Manages frontofhouse and backofhouse teams ensures strong service delivery supports real estate initiatives and drives efficiency cost savings and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multilocation teams.
- Build a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Oversee daily workplace and office service delivery.
- Manage workflows vendor performance and invoicing.
- Ensure standards policies and service quality are met.
- Improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Assist with space planning maintenance coordination and equipment upkeep.
- Support renovations moves and workplace changes.
- Maintain records reporting and compliance requirements.
- Track budgets KPIs and service levels.
- Identify costsavings and productivity improvements.
- Partner with internal teams and clients to understand needs.
- Ensure a strong frontofhouse customer experience.
- Recommend service and process improvements.
- Support portfolio planning occupancy strategy and workplace technology.
- Participate in vendor evaluations and contract governance.
- Contribute to sustainability and workplace experience programs.
Qualifications
- 5 years in workplace services facilities operations or similar roles.
- Experience managing multisite or multistate environments.
- Strong leadership communication and project management skills.
- Budget vendor and processoptimization experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced service environment
