Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and business development. Compensation Package
- Entry-Level to Junior Licensed (3-7 years of experience):
- Base Salary: $65000 - $110000
- Book of Business (BoB): Not required initially
- Sign-On Bonus: Not included
- Mid-Market (3-7 years of experience):
- Base Salary: $110000 - $180000
- BoB: $100000 - $500000
- Sign-On Bonus: $5000 - $25000
- Experienced Producers (7 years of experience):
- Base Salary: $200000 - $250000
- BoB: $500000
- Sign-On Bonus: $15000 - $100000
Additional Benefits:
- Transition to commission-based compensation in year 3
- One-time book bonuses
- 401(k) plan
- Remote work flexibility
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Utilize software tools such as AMS260 and Salesforce to manage accounts and track performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and maintain familiarity with relevant carriers.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3 years of experience in commercial production or a related sales role (7 years preferred for senior positions).
- Proven ability to generate and manage a Book of Business (BoB) with a track record of revenue growth.
- Strong sales acumen with a hunger to succeed and a proactive approach to business development.
- Familiarity with AMS260 and Salesforce software is preferred.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-sufficient aggressive and quick to adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
