What Youll Do as a Commercial Construction Project Executive

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients leading relationships from initial engagement through project handoff.
• Build and grow long-term client relationships to generate new business and drive design-build special projects and service opportunities.
• Lead the preconstruction process including client meetings presentations and collaboration with owners and architects.
• Strategize with leadership on sales approach pricing proposals and contract development.
• Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop project plans budgets schedules and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects align with client expectations for safety quality and execution.
• Oversee project progression and support the completion process including resolving project items and punch lists for internal handoff and client turnover.
• Contribute to revenue and margin goals by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing client partnerships.
