Enrollment Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator
Position Summary
The Enrollment Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and outreach initiatives to continuously grow student enrollment across two charter school campuses serving grades Kindergarten through 12th grade. This role focuses on brand awareness community engagement recruitment campaigns and data-driven enrollment strategies aligned with the schools mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Enrollment Growth & Recruitment Design and implement comprehensive enrollment marketing strategies to increase applications and student retention. Plan and coordinate recruitment events open houses school tours and community outreach activities. Collaborate with school administrators to meet annual enrollment targets across both campuses. Track and analyze enrollment data campaign performance and outreach effectiveness to inform strategy adjustments. Marketing & Communications Develop and manage marketing materials including digital content print collateral advertisements and presentations. Oversee social media platforms website updates and email campaigns with a focus on enrollment messaging. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing and communication channels. Support storytelling initiatives that highlight student success academic programs and school culture. Community & Partnership Engagement Build and maintain relationships with community organizations early childhood providers local businesses and families. Represent the schools at community events fairs and meetings. Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective families providing timely and accurate enrollment information. Collaboration & Compliance Work closely with school leadership front office staff and instructional teams to align marketing efforts with school priorities. Ensure enrollment marketing practices comply with charter district and state guidelines. Support enrollment processes during peak application and lottery periods.
Qualifications
Required Bachelors degree preferred in Marketing Communications Business or a related field; marketing certificate considered.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with digital marketing social media management and basic data analysis. Ability to manage multiple projects deadlines and priorities independently.
Preferred Experience in education nonprofit or community-based marketing.
Familiarity with K12 enrollment processes or school choice environments.
Graphic design content creation or CRM experience.
Bilingual in Spanish Skills & Competencies Strategic and results-oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal and community engagement skills
Data-informed decision making
Professional discretion and cultural sensitivity
Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed for events
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary of $50000 per year
