Job Summary

The Client Services Coordinator at Ascendant Insurance Solutions plays a crucial role in facilitating communication between clients insurance carriers and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing account activities ensuring policy accuracy handling service requests and delivering top-notch customer service. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented organized and experienced in insurance documentation and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist clients with policy changes renewals certificates of insurance and billing inquiries.
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and underwriters for quotes coverage details and policy updates.
  • Prepare and process insurance documentation such as applications binders and renewal packets.
  • Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems (AMS/CRM).
  • Track renewal timelines and follow up with clients for timely processing.
  • Support Account Managers and Producers with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company procedures.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data security.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in insurance customer service or administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
