Job Summary
- Deliver and set up inventory at designated customer sites.
- Use hand cart to transport materials to vending machines (5) and Point of Use (POU) areas (8).
- Perform physical and administrative tasks involved in storing distributing and fulfilling merchandise parts and supplies.
- Receive and verify shipments against purchase orders or invoices; ensure accurate placement in correct areas.
- Conduct inventory tasks according to local VMI processes.
- Use computer systems (including email and Excel) to track orders manage refills and create reports.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with customers at the facility.
- Ensure proper and safe use of equipment; keep equipment clean and report concerns to management.
- Adhere to safety requirements including wearing steel toe shoes securing long hair and following dress code (jeans/khakis and t-shirt/polo).
- Perform job duties in a large facility requiring extensive walking and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Temporary-to-hire position; schedule is Monday Friday 6:30 am 3:00 pm.
