Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Development teams to ensure smooth day-to-day sales activities.

Prepare manage and track sales documentation including proposals quotations contracts orders and invoices.

Maintain and update CRM systems and customer databases ensuring accuracy and completeness of all records.

Coordinate with internal departments to support effective cross-functional collaboration and service delivery.

Handle customer enquiries assist with client engagement meetings and provide ongoing after-sales support.
Qualifications

Certificate in Office Administration or Project Management.

Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a sales support administrative or similar role.

Previous experience within the renewable energy sales environment will be advantageous.

Proficient in MS Office with the ability to prepare reports and presentations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional client-facing approach.
