Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Development teams to ensure smooth day-to-day sales activities.
  • Prepare manage and track sales documentation including proposals quotations contracts orders and invoices.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and customer databases ensuring accuracy and completeness of all records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support effective cross-functional collaboration and service delivery.
  • Handle customer enquiries assist with client engagement meetings and provide ongoing after-sales support.
Qualifications
  • Certificate in Office Administration or Project Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a sales support administrative or similar role.
  • Previous experience within the renewable energy sales environment will be advantageous.
Key Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office with the ability to prepare reports and presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional client-facing approach.
  • Excellent organisational time-management and coordination skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate team environment.
