Job Summary

Our client is a premier luxury safari and travel firm dedicated to crafting life-changing bespoke journeys across the continent.

They are looking for a Senior East Africa Specialist to join their growing team.

This role is strictly 100% client and lodge-focused-no B2B no middle-men.

You will work directly with high-net-worth individuals to design dream itineraries and coordinate directly with elite camps and lodges to bring them to life.

Position Details:
  • Role Type: Permanent / Full-time

  • Location: South Africa (Remote / Flexible)

  • Specialization: East African Luxury Safari (Kenya Tanzania Rwanda Uganda)

  • Target Market: High-Net-Worth B2C

The Opportunity:

This is a role for the true specialist who finds joy in the nuances of East Africa from the Great Migration logistics to the most exclusive gorilla trekking camps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and sell high-value tailor-made luxury safari experiences specifically across East Africa.

  • Deep-dive into the needs and expectations of discerning global travelers to build trust and deliver excellence.

  • Coordinate directly with camps lodges and local partners to ensure seamless white-glove travel arrangements.

  • Build long-term loyalty with clients through proactive service and expert industry insights.

  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the teams collective growth.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Extensive in-depth knowledge of East African destinations lodges and safari logistics is essential.

  • Proven experience as a luxury travel consultant with a focus on high-end direct-to-client sales.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate luxury effectively.

  • A self-motivated professional who can work independently while thriving in a collaborative intimate team.

  • Multilingual skills in French German or Spanish will be highly regarded.
