Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Execute aseptic CAR-T cell culture operations: thawing selection expansion harvesting
and formulation.
- Operate maintain and troubleshoot specialized equipment including CliniMACS Prodigy
centrifuges and other instruments.
- Ensure adherence to GMP SOPs and regulatory requirements across all processes.
- Prepare and manage raw materials reagents and supply logistics for manufacturing.
- Identify technical issues conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Draft and review batch records SOPs and manufacturing reports.
- Maintain laboratory inventory stock control and equipment upkeep.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Biotechnology Life Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CAR-T therapy or biologics manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with CliniMACS Prodigy. MACSQuant analyser and qPCR is plus
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Willingness to travel occasionally at MITC Hyderabad or other sites for training
- Excellent communication teamwork and problem-solving skills.
