Duties & Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Operations
Lead and manage the shared services function ensuring consistent highquality
service delivery across all business units.
Develop and implement standardised processes policies and internal controls to
improve efficiency and reduce cost.
Monitor SLAs KPIs and performance metrics to ensure service targets are
consistently achieved.
Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues and service delivery
challenges.
Migration &Transition Management
Lead the endtoend migration of accounting and finance processes from GCC
countries to Hyderabad.
Oversee transition planning knowledge transfer documentation and stabilisation of
migrated processes.
Ensure minimal business disruption and maintain service continuity during and after
migration.
Build strong relationships with GCCbased finance teams to support collaboration and
alignment.
Resource & Capacity Optimisation
Evaluate current resource structures and optimise staffing levels to ensure
costeffective service delivery.
Implement workforce planning strategies to align capacity with business needs and
future growth.
Drive productivity improvements through automation process redesign and
technology enablement.
Continuous Improvement & Transformation
Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives including automation
digitisation and process optimisation.
Drive change management efforts related to process transformation and system
implementations.
Foster a culture of innovation efficiency and customercentric service.
Financial & Operational Management
Manage budgets forecasting and resource planning for shared services operations.
Ensure optimal utilisation of people technology and financial resources.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with crossfunctional leaders across GCC and India to understand business
requirements and enhance service delivery.
Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment transparency and
satisfaction.
People Leadership
Oversee hiring onboarding training coaching and performance management for
shared services teams.
Develop team capabilities and promote a highperformance collaborative work
environment.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to internal controls regulatory requirements and company
policies.
Maintain audit readiness and support compliance initiatives across shared services
functions.
