Job Summary

Job Description:

Ensure timely loading and unloading of shipments as per operational schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in systems and manual registers.
Supervise warehouse staff loaders and supervisors; manage shifts and attendance.
Coordinate with Operations Transport and Delivery teams for smooth movement of goods.
Ensure adherence to SOPs safety norms and housekeeping standards.
Handle damages shortages and discrepancies and report exceptions promptly.
Monitor productivity and take actions to improve TAT and operational efficiency.
Support audits and compliance requirements if any.
