Job Summary

Title: Senior IT Support Specialist

Location: Playa Vista CA 90094 (Onsite)

Duration: Full-Time/Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What you bring

Several years of hands-on IT support experience in an office environment

Strong macOS administration experience including Jamf Pro fleet management

Working knowledge of Windows device management using Intune

Proven experience supporting Google Workspace in a business environment

Comfort owning IT operations independently with minimal supervision

Solid understanding of LAN Wi-Fi and office network infrastructure

Experience managing users groups and permissions in Active Directory

Confidence interacting with executives and non-technical users

A mature accountable mindset with strong judgment and follow-through

Bonus points

Experience serving as the sole or senior IT support person for an office

Familiarity with EDR tools disk encryption and endpoint compliance policies

Experience with Zoom Rooms and Neat hardware

Basic scripting skills to automate setup or troubleshooting

Experience using Asana or similar tools for IT project tracking

This is a senior hands-on IT opportunity for someone who enjoys owning day-to-day technology in a fast-moving office environment. You will work independently apply sound judgment and support a modern Mac-focused setup with a small Windows presence. This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy accountability and keeping teams productive.

What you will do

Own all onsite IT operations and end-user support for the office

Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT issues requests and improvements

Provision configure and support Mac and Windows laptops from setup through offboarding

Administer and support macOS devices using Jamf Pro and Windows devices using Intune

Manage Google Workspace users groups security settings and access controls

Handle identity and access management across Active Directory and related systems

Triage prioritize and resolve tickets submitted through Slack and Jira with minimal oversight

Own conference room technology including Zoom Rooms Neat Bars and scheduling displays

Manage local network infrastructure including switches wireless access points and Fortinet firewall

Track hardware assets software licenses and device lifecycle management

Maintain documentation runbooks and repeatable processes for IT operations

Act as a calm professional presence during incidents and outages communicating clearly with leadership and staff

Partner with the CTO on longer-term improvements tooling decisions and security initiatives
