Role Descriptions: Technical Competency Good Experience in ServiceNow Data MigrationsExperience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer and Implementing Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Knowledge Management or Service Catalog Mobile App Virtual AgentAbility to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plansKnowledge of unit testing system integration testing performance testing user acceptance testing or any client-specific testingExperience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript Jelly one or more Web Services XML HTML and CSSFamiliarity with SQL query creation and LDAP Query for connecting to and pulling data from Oracle MySQL databases and AD respectivelyWorked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development test staging and production environments that are reliable with high availabilityMust be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator Should possess knowledge in AgileScrum methodologyBasic knowledge with ITILindustry standardsKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Behavioral competencyEffective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratevilyParticipate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e. pre-iteration and retrospectives)
