Compensation: Base $50000 Commission (Top Earners $100K)
This is a high-energy independent sales role for someone who thrives on connecting with people and enjoys a supportive family-oriented work environment.
- Visit clients in their homes to understand needs and guide flooring selections.
- Use your design knowledge to create functional beautiful solutions.
- Manage the process from consultation to installation with attention to detail.
- Build long-term relationships and referral networks.
- Utilize our tech-driven sales system (tablet/laptop) to stay organized.
- Base Salary $50000 Uncapped Commission
- Performance-based bonuses

- 2 years in in-home or outside sales (flooring experience preferred)
