Job Summary
Ensures customer SLA/ KPIs are met by overseeing operations of respective Accounting teams.
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices.
Reviews budgets and managing cost.
Responsible for leading coaching developing the first line managers.
Conducts performance management (e.g. goal setting performance evaluation etc.).
Completes performance evaluation for assigned staff.
Ensure rigor of discipline in implementation by creating high performance work cultures built on best practices.
Handle various activities within the teams with key focus on adherence to the SLAs & SOPs through knowledge-based implementations for enhanced operational effectiveness.
Participates in business related discussions with the client and other internal team.
