Shift: 3.30 PM to 12.30 AM IST or 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Employment Type: Full Time
Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Must have skill : ServiceNow ITOMCMDB Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Integrations
Good to have : ITSM
Lead offshore ServiceNow ITOM delivery by owning Discovery CMDB Service Mapping and Event Management while managing offshore teams and supporting global IT operations.
Key Focus Areas:
Lead and manage offshore ITOM teams
Own CMDB governance and data quality
Drive Service Mapping and Discovery strategy
Integrate ITOM with ITSM for operational efficiency
Collaborate with onsite stakeholders and customers
