Job Summary
Job Title: Xstore Associate Consultant/Consultant
Experience: 5 - 9 Years
Department: Retail
Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore/Kochi
The ideal candidate should have:
Technical knowledge:
- (Core Java J2EE JDBC Spring Hibernate SQL PLSQL)
- XStore - Customizations Configurations UI Changes Locale Changes Handling Data issues POS Deployment Issue Analysis and Fixing Device Configurations In/Outbound data mapping )
- Design and configure Oracle Xstore POS applications based on client requirements.
- Customize Xstore workflows screens and functionalities to align with client specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation and integration of Xstore solutions.
- Perform system testing debugging and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and reliability of the POS systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to Xstore configurations and customizations.
- Stay updated with the latest Xstore features patches and upgrades to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Xstore with other enterprise systems.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve technical issues related to Xstore applications for clients.
- At least 2 Implementation and 2 Support projects for XStore (as mentioned below)
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in onsite-offshore model
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a client-facing role understanding and translating client requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing Oracle Xstore Point of Sale solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Xstore architecture configurations and modules.
- Proficiency in Java programming and familiarity with relevant technologies such as XML SQL and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
